Of only 7 ever, this is the last of the solid state AUMs that Richard Becker built, as the Blackgate caps were no longer available. Outlandish custom chip amp that takes the 47 Labs/ Audio Sector Patek products to an entirely new level. Uses Audio Sector Patek circuit as a base, Richard fabricated and details the build. You can view the parts list at his Aum Lotus amp site.
As you may know, these chip amps are very sensitive to layout and damping, etc. Cardas, twin Plitrons, etc. Over $1500 parts build sheet. Latest mods with silver wire and Cardas speaker binders and recent check up by Richard when he did the wire. If you've ever wanted to try a chip amp, this is the real deal taken to the extreme. It's also very small and runs cool. If it sells, great, if not, it isn't hard for me to keep it as a back up to my tube amps for when I want screaming fast, but musical, solid state.
Just google Lotus Aum amps for access to review and Richards website.
Very minor handling marks (fingernails?) on the wood, perfect top and function. Original box. Buyer covers true shipping costs in original (double box) container, 3% PP.
