This is an excellent sounding tuner in very good condition. There are no functional issues, nor scratches/cosmetic blemishes. I've assigned a conservative 8/10 rating, although I'm not aware of any flaws.
It's a very natural sounding tuner, with the nice, weighted gyro tuning wheel. Two antenna inputs, with wide/narrow focus on each one. Stereo/mono, of course, and the ability to put a label on each channel preset.
You will need an antenna - I've been running Magnum Dynalab's Silver Ribbon antenna with this tuner, as I do with all of my tuners, and have no problems pulling in my local NPR affiliate from 22/23 miles away.
