Quiet and great sounding, all-original (never repaired, never restored, all McIntosh factory parts inside) classic amplifier from McIntosh.
No hum, no buzz, no issues whatsoever.
Identical circuits and sound as the famous big "blue meter" amp, Mac made two versions of an amp with same circuitry -- the 2100 (no meters and look similar to their classic 50s tube gear) and the blue-metered 2105.
Part of Mcintosh's first generation of solid state amps and great classic, big, solid bass sound. Not thin of overly bright like so much later solid state. very close to tube sound, with better bass. Huge soundstage, plenty of headroom. A lovely amp.
Condition is above average, chome shiny and reflexive, all lettering is intact. However, there is some mild pitting on "specs" side of amplifier. Minor scratches on top of transformers, and paint missing on right side edge of one of them (see pics for all details)
Laser printed cc of manual included.
