Offered for sale a very nice pair of MC50 mono amps. A few light blemishes consisting of some swirl marks in chrome mainly on connector end and some small black paint scrapes on edge of black transformer cover. Otherwise this is a superb pair. All lettering intact and good condition. Would be probably hard to find a much better pair. Photos of inside amps show amps look completely original and very clean. I have had them hooked up to a pair of Quad 988s and on constant for several days. It is amazing just how right the Mcintosh engineers got these early solid state amps. Amps run quiet and cool.
These were sold for only two years 1969-1970. A photo copy of Service Manual will be included.

I have seen these sell here on Audiogon and on eBay for between about $800.00 to $1,200.00. These by their condition should be selling in the upper range. I am listing in the middle at $1,000.00 (OR BEST REASONABLE OFFER). Add 3 percent fee for PayPal.
I will pack very well for shipment. See my feedback - I am kind of obsessive about packing.
Any questions let me know. Thanks for looking.
