The MC7200 was McIntosh's reply to those who said Mac couldn't compete with other high-end brands' modern direct-coupled designs. Immediate, revealing and accurate describe this design's benefits, yet maintaining the smooth presentation that McIntosh is known for. Amp is in very good condition; the glass has no cracks or bubbles, the brushed aluminum trim and lettering have no blemishes. Fully functional and all the faceplate and meter lamps have been replaced. Shown with its former companion, the C35 pre, which has been sold.
