McIntosh Vintage MC240 in Pristine Condition! MC240 Vintage Tube Amplifier

The Mcintosh MC240 is in pristine condition. All lettering are intact, no rust and dent on the chassis. Original box, user’s manual, service manual, specifications test report, warranty card and invoice are included.

This is a hard to find original sample, everything is intact and in original condition. No service and parts replacement had been done. The MC1240 is in original stock condition.

The MC240 works flawlessly. The original tube comes from the factory shipment are also included.

The tubes combinations are:
3X 12AX7 /ECC83 (Telefunken)
2X 12AU7 /ECC81 (Telefunken)
2X 12BH7 (Mcintosh/GE)
4X 6L6GC (Mcintosh/GE)

The amplifier was used not more than 10 hours after purchased from the original owner.
I tested the tubes with an AVO VCM163 tube tester. All tubes are very strong in Gm and matched with in 20%. Estimated average life is no less than 600 hours for the small signal tubes and 500 hours for the 6L6GCs.

The item weights more than 55LB. I will pack the item in double boxes to protect the original box. To protect both me and the buyer, this item must be fully insured at the final purchase price and the buyer needs to pay the actual insurance quoted by the shipping company. Wire transfer or PayPal payment is accepted. If the buyer chooses to pay by wire transfer, I will absorb the wire transfer processing fee. 3% process fee will be added to Paypal payment. Local pick up is also welcome but the buyer has to pick up within 7 days and payment must be in COD.
