Up for sale is my Unitiserve SSD. This is one of the units without the internal hard drive. I used this to rip my entire CD collection and then act as a transport thereafter. I'm glad I did. After a big dac upgrade I was left wondering why my digital wasn't cutting it in Sound Quality. I realized that the reason was that I had ripped my cd collection using my desktop computer which has a cheap transport drive probably worth few dollars, so what could I expect?
My advice, before buying an expensive dac, get a high quality ripper like the one you see here. I went for the model with no hard drive to avoid having the spinning drive within the box during my rips. Just insert the CD and the Unitiserve automatically begins ripping to your NAS drive. Very very simple.
Original box and all factory literature included.
