Mirror Image Audio was a High End audio company located in the Lancaster NY I believe went out of business back in the 90s. I was fortunate to have come across these amplifiers 3-4 years ago and have really enjoyed them. While there is not a ton of information available on the internet about them searching “Mirror Image Audio” will bring up several conversations regarding these amps with encouraging reviews. I agree with all that was said.
I do have an original brochure from Mirror Image Audio and have some specifications for these amps.
Here is a quote directly from the brochure, the original color brochure is included:
“We have come to believe that most specifications for audio equipment are valuable but represent only a portion of the entire story. For example, most tube components have what would generally be considered poor specifications, yet typically sound good. Most solid state components, on the other hand, often have outstanding specifications but fall short of the emotional music experience. In light of this, and to substantiate our claims, we strongly encourage comparisons.
ALL MIRROR IMAGE Power Amplifiers, in addition to being high power, high speed, wide bandwidth, and phase coherent components, area also DC coupled, fan-cooled, heavily Class A biased (to approximately 30 WPC of continuous output) and are configured for true Bridging and Bi-amplification applications where desirable and/or necessary.”
More details: 1.1 Series Power Amplifiers
• Input sensitivity for rated output 8 OHM load 1.78 volts RMS
• 8 Ohms 250 Watts

The amp also features:
Balanced and unbalance inputs, input impedance selector switch on the back 50K OHM, 3K OHM and 600 OHM
One amp has a cord attached that amp is serial number 2005 the other has a separate plug in cord, it’s serial number is 2069.
Additional pictures are available upon request. These amps are in great working order but have typical scratches expected of items almost 20 years old. Not sure of the exact date of manufacturing.
