Dynaudio Contour 1.3se Birdseye Maple

I am selling these speakers as well as a Dynaudio Focus 200C Center Channel, which i am listing separately. I am consolidating and reducing my investment in equipment. These are the best monitors I have owned in my 20 years in the hobby. They are in mint condition. I cannot find any scratches or blemishes on the speakers or grilles. The tweeters are not creased or dimpled. I purchased these from another Audiogon member which purchased them from a dealer.
I will double-box ,ship and insure for a flat rate of $85.00 anywhere in the continental US. The cosmetics on the original box are a little rough, but the box and the packaging ( cracks have been reinforced with clear packing tape) are still structurally sound. Again, I will double box and insure.
I am also getting ready to list my Dynaudio Focus 200C center channel in Rosewood.

Original Product Description

The Contour 1.3 SE 
utilizes specifically engineered and produced drivers. The front plates 
of the drivers and the rear mounted terminal plate are coated with 
special titanium-metallic lacquer paint. The woofer is a newly 
constructed design, utilizing a specially developed, high-impulse voice 
coil and powerful hybrid (neodymium/ferrite) magnet system. The goal was 
to achieve incredibly fast and precise bass reproduction, with intense 
transient behavior. The design creates a well-controlled linear movement 
of the voice coil, and provides outstanding dynamics and low bass 
extension, while also reducing distortion. The special tweeter design is 
incorporating a new, intensely powerful magnet system and advanced 
chamber tuning.
