The Harmon Kardon HK-50
speakers 8" woofer and 2 1/2" cone tweeter face upwards into a
specially contoured cone shape. The sound radiates from all four sides. The
top, although appearing to have a round grill in the center is actually solid
wood.
The cabinets look to be a different shade in a few of the photos - that is just poor side lighting on my part.
Dimensions:
11 3/4" by 11 3/4"
and 18 1/4" high.

The speakers sound great and
cosmetically they are in very good condition. Will be a nice addition to any mid-century
decor and the quality sound will be real bonus.

Have the drivers been refoamed or has any maintenance been done on the speakers?
What amp did you use to power these speakers?
To get the best sound from them do you have to place them in the middle of your room? What sized room did you have these in? How far apart were they?

I have never re-foamed the speakers.
I used an Onkyo M-504 - I had a couple of sets of speakers hooked up to the amp.
The room is approx 20' by 12'
