Monitor speakers widely acclaimed by Stereophile and others for their natural balance and fidelity. Rosewood finish; nearly flawless. In a moderate-sized room, these will give natural, solid bass down to 45 Hz. They work fine with 50 tube watts; and 100 watts is plenty. Not your headbanger's speaker, but great for all kinds of music and will play surprisingly loud. I have original double-box packing. Foam strips added around tweeter; can be removed.
