I have for sale a pair of fabulous and beautiful Callas Monitors. This pair was originally owned by the importer of Opera and Unison lines and "Vinyl Anachronist", Marc Phillips, who told me this was his favority iteration of the Callas monitor.
Incredible soundstage, detail, dynamics, musicality and extension with (especially for a monitor) deep tuneful bass. Well reviewed by John Marks at Stereophile and WhatHIFI, their words and description are spot-on.
More easily driven than their specs would lead one to believe; I had great results with a PrimaLuna Prologue 2 using 6L6GT's.
There are two defects in the veneer. One on each speaker. The pictures show them as clearly as I could capture them....actually more glaring than they really appear. I don't notice them unless I'm inspecting the speakers.
