Peachtree DS5.5 Speakers - Immaculate Condition in Rosewood Selling a pair of Peachtree DS5.5 speakers in Rosewood; they are in incredible condition. Other than a couple of minor scuffs on the bottom (normal), there is only one very fine, almost unnoticeable scratch on the top of one of them. The grilles are in excellent shape.  These speakers are somewhat rare. While you often find their little brothers, the DS4.5, you don’t find the DS5.5 very often.  At 11-1/4x10-5/16x6-3/8",  they are a mid-size bookshelf speaker, but pump out excellent bass for their size; they’re also heavy for their size. Their mids and highs are clear but smooth, very non-fatiguing.  I’m selling because my $1200 Totem Rainmakers have a slight edge on them.  These DS5.5’s originally retailed for $995 and match the Peachtree Novas and Deccos in the Rosewood Finish.
