Spica TC-50 with Chicago Speaker Stands

These are my personal TC-50's bought from Hudson's Audio in New Mexico.  They have been babied or stored all their life and the condition show it.  First and most important the drivers are perfect cosmetically and functionally.  They sound exactly like a new pair should sound.  The cabinets are in good to very good condition with a few spike marks on the bottom and minor marks elsewhere, but no dings or gouges,  They could be returned to perfect condition with minor effort.  The grilles are intact with labels a couple of tiny snags.  Included for my asking price are the "Chicago Hercules" speaker stands.  These were THE speaker stands for TC-50's.  Welded, filled with lead they put the TC-50's at exactly the perfect listening height.  The only issue with the stands is their weight.  They weigh about 35lbs each and will cost the buyer to ship.  The lead was fed thru a tiny hole one BB at a time and I am not going to take the time to try and get them out!.  I will sell the speakers without the stands, but honestly you should want them.  If you know the TC-50's and their reputation, its all true.  They are wonderful speakers and still hold their own in the midrange and imaging with some very good contemporary speakers.   These are Sante Fe NM made TC-50's and come with their original box.
