Here are a very nice matched pair or rare early 70's Mullard tubes that I bought from a reputable tube seller.
Very low noise, matched triode sections and have plated gold pins. Made in the UK (have the Mullard factory code) and are made at the Mitchum factory.
I used them briefly in my Art Audio Alana preamp & my K&K phono stage. I now offer them at a steal of a price.
They have a touch of a relaxed, sweet sound overall and I would say that they are not quite as full & "heavy" sounding in the midband as most common Mullard 6DJ8 types, but are still nice warm sounding tubes.
Here's a chance to have them at a very attractive price. Please check my perfect FB on both Audiogon (marchomeslice) and on eBay (marc-homeslice).
They are very closely matched and the only slight fault with them is that a good bit of the very fragile screend lettering has come off of them. As such I have rated them a conservative 8. They will be very well packed and shipped with full insurance on them. If my asking price is met, I will pat for shipping in the USA. PayPal is fine, but please add 3%.
Rest assured, they will perform flawlessly and have nearly all of their life left.
Please see attached pics and thanks for looking!
