Designed by legendary amplifier designer Morris Kessler, ATI’s 1505 is conservatively rated at 150 watts RMS into 8 ohms from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with less than 0.03% THD and IMD. Signal to noise ratio exceeds 120 dB at full rated output which is why audiophiles consider ATI amps to be dead silent during use.

Massive toroidal transformer with separate bi-filer widings for each channel, Each channel is a complete mono block design with large heat sinks (426 sq. inches/channel) to insure cool running without mechanical fans, Each channel has capacitors totalling 20,000 microfarads for substantial reserve power, Circuit boards are doubled sided, Mil-Spec FR-4 Glass Epoxy, Heavy 13 Gauge steel chassis with powder coating and stainless steel screws.

This 1505 model is considered to be "B" stock by Amplifier Technologies and has minor cosmetic flaws. In any case the unit is electrically perfect and meets all performance specifications. Plus, and this is important, it carries the full manufacturer's 7-year warranty. This AT1505 - like all ATI products - is made in the USA.
