This is the vastly preferred BALANCED version (it also has single-ended RCA inputs).

All original double boxes, packing material included.

This amp excels....where the vast majority of home theater amps FAIL. It's very organic, with plenty of detail.....but the detail is not FORCED at you. It's all there, with nice soundstaging,decay, and space.

Works perfect, and has that famous high-end, musically organic sound that Cary is well known for. It not only sounds great for home theater, but excels in dedicated 2 channel stereo listening also (something most home theater amps fail at).

Cinema 7B 100 watts/channel(all channels simultaneously driven) – 8 ohms Class A/B
160 watts/channel – 4 ohms

Do NOT think just because this amp "only" has 100W/ch. that it's not powerful. It's got plenty of balls. It runs my Gallo Reference 3.1(not very efficient speakers), 7.2 home theater system with great ease.

**This graph shows that the Cinema 7's left amplifier channel, with two channels driving 8-ohm loads, reaches 0.1% distortion at 117.9 watts and 1% distortion at 137.6 watts. Into 4 ohms, the amplifier reaches 0.1% distortion at 210.5 watts and 1% distortion at 234.8 watts.

Seven channels driven continuously into 8-ohm loads: 0.1% distortion at 133.9 watts

The $9,500 KRELL…..was only 16 watts more powerful, when ALL channels are driven !!! This shows you the TRUE POWER of the Cary Cinema 7…….it’s rated VERY conservatively !!

This amp is rated an "7". I always rate my gear conservatively. It’s very likely a “9” in reality…Look at the pics...it's in GREAT shape !
