In box with power cord and manual. Light
use for surround channel of a home theater. This has audiophile sound
and is beautiful to look at. Sound more powerful than it rated 100w per
channel. Don't confuse with wattage in a mass produced receiver, this
thing is a brute. Lift its 64 lbs. and you will know its an amp to be
reckoned with.
