Up for sale is my beloved Meitner BiDat. Please note that I am open to all reasonable offers, but no low-ballers. This Bidat is one special unit indeed. It has all of John Wright's updates, including power supply, clock recovery, and output stage. The latest updates were done in Sept of 2010. This unit is one of only a few with a complete set of black-gate caps in the power supply. In addition, this entire unit was completely cryo treated in 2004, with the Motorola DSPs replaced with new ones. It is quite simply one of the best red-book DACs I have heard period. I upgraded to an EMM Labs, and although I would really love to keep the BiDat for a second system, I need to re-coup some money.
