For sale is my Music Hall Dac 25.3 which I've had for about 15mos. I bought it about a month before I got laid off and my next job has kept me on the road for 40 out of 52 weeks; so I really never got to use this. It probably has less than 100 hours on the tube. It sounds great and was a major improvement over the previous Maverick tube dac.
I wanted something that supported 24bit / 192khz (toslink, Coaxial) because I archived my LP collection at that resolution. It also works as a USB DAC at 24/96 and doesn't require a driver for Windows based systems. Very handy when you have a 3,500 cd collection digitized.
Now that I have married and moved, I've had to downsize from 3200 sqft to 950 sqft and I really don't have the space for multiple systems anymore. (Not to mention not having as much time to listen to music). The tube definitely softens the digital edge on recordings and really gives depth to vocal centric recordings. In fact, many recordings sounded so good, it was like they were new all over again. Not to many devices make your entire music collection new again!
I have the original box, packaging and accessories. The unit has been used in a pet free, smoke free, kid free environment (I was a bachelor). If paying via PayPal, no worries, I'll absorb the processing fees.
