Music Hall MMF 5.0 Turntable

Selling a Music Hall MMF-5.0 turntable. Dual plinth, two-speed, manual, belt driven with a nine inch tonearm. Original owner had the tonearm cable upgraded. The bad first. Turntable does not come with dust cover. I’m the second owner, and the original owner lost it. You can easily order one from Music Hall for $60. The deck does not come with a cartridge. (the Dynavector in the photo is simply used for demonstration) The good? This is a wonderful deck with an elegant simplicity. I could speak about soundstage, PRAT, and all the other cut audiophile adjectives we hear. These things depend on your entire system. The soundstage is different when I use my Lowthers with Conrad Johnson Pre, and different yet again when I use my Tannoy/MX110 combo. The deck is very quiet and focused and despite its relatively small footprint and weight, the MMF 5.0 feels and sounds pretty substantial. Comes with original box and manual. Price: $350.00.
