The NAD PP 2 is an earlier version of NAD's phono pre-amp. It is placed between the phono player and the system pre-amp, and is necessitated by the lack of any provision for a direct connection of the phono to any of today's pre-amps. It is capable of working with either MM or MC cartridges. This particular unit is clean, has been lightly used, has no scratches or dents, and comes with the original power source and the back of the original box on which is printed directions for installation and operation of the unit, along with a description of the unit's specs.
