Nottingham Wave Mechanic

Nottingham Wave Mechanic, 115V 60Hz version. I sold my Space 294 turntable and no longer have a need for this. I bought this as a dealer demo from Audio Revelations. I rated it 8/10 because I didn’t get it with the original box or Nottingham speed checker. However, I will include what I consider a better and easier to read speed checker, the KAB Speedstrobe with instructions ($100 retail). Also included is an AC plug gender changer dongle so you can plug the turntable in and play. While not pictured, I will include the standard issue power cord.

No scratches, dents or mars that I can find on the Wave Mechanic. I downloaded and printed the two page instruction manual. It works great. The KAB strobe disc does have some small mars on it but they do not affect readability. No battery corrosion in the strobe. I made a storage box for the Speedstrobe for when not in use.

EDIT: I was asked about the adapter cable. The Nottingham motor is supplied with a standard three prong male plug. The Wave Mechanic is supplied with a male and female IEC plug. The dongle option is the simplest solution compared to changing plugs on the motor cord or in the Wave Mechanic.
