Released in 2006 this preamp/processor was designed with the music lover in mind. The 7 channel pre amp is suprisingly transparent. I purchased in December to use with an Oppo 95 Blu-ray player's analog outs. This works out really well and lets you take advantage of the excellent on board decoding of the Oppo. It is a processor and can be used as such outputting Dolby Digital.
I'm selling the Oppo so have no more use for this piece either. It's in nice shape without original packaging. I'll double box to ship. The price is killer good as I just want to move the piece along.
