I've owned this 990 since it was new in 2005. It has only lived in a rack in an equipment closet. Therefore, the front panel has rarely even been touched. I rated it 8/10 simply because of its age. I have absolutely everything that came with the unit originally - manual, double boxes, main and zone 2 remote, setup mic, AM antenna, etc. I just took this out of service a couple of months ago and it sounded as perfect as ever.
