Selling a pair of well-maintained, gently used, pair of Sennheiser HD 800 headphones with box, carton/case, and
stock headphone cable. Would rate 8.5 or 9 based on the age and S/N as these are in really nice shape and have had limited usage/hours.

This is one of the early batches of HD800s made and they're in
excellent condition. Ear pads, foam, and drivers have all been cleaned and
inspected. The S/N is below 15XXX.

If you're looking at this ad, I'm not going to go into much detail.
These are my favorite headphones under $1,500 and have become an incredible
deal this past year due to the release of other high-end headphones. I love
these because you can easily get an source/amp/dac setup that provides adequte
power without having to spend a fortune. Many people complain about there not
being enough bass or too much treble, but I believe this is due to someone not
correctly powering them with the right amplifier, which will result in a less
dynamic range and a more muddied sound stage. If you're a fan of the HE-6, HEX,
or HEK, these are very similar IMO. I also have a brand new, still-sealed,
Cardas Clear Light 10' cable terminating to 4-pin XLR I will include for +$300
(costs $475 new).

$775. Buyer pays shipping costs. Will include Headphone stand for $20.

Questions for the seller
What is the cable connector size 1/4" or 1/8"?
Stock cable for the HD 800 always terminates to a 1/4" jack. I can include an adapter to 1/8" if you want.
