RCM Audio Sensor II

Excellent condition unit recently purchased from fellow Audiogon member, who bought it new from authorized US importer.   Has the Furutech input upgrades.   Unit performs best with low output cartridges from 0.15mV to 2 mV output.   Loading options are not just the labeled resistor values, but selecting combinations of the dip switches can yield intermediate values for exact impedance matching, e.g. 1000+400=320 ohms. These are easily measured by putting a multimeter on the RCA input jack hot/ground and reading the impedance. The default input impedance is 47K with all switches off.  (Sorry for the fuzzy photo - camera autofocused on the wire...Values are: 1000, 400, 200, 100, 60, 30, 20)  The last switch on the back panel selects balanced XLR or single-ended RCA output.  See the excellent reviews.  Reason for selling - I bought this to try a top-notch SS phono stage, and although it is excellent, it is redundant in my system and does not exceed my all-tube preamp (Miyajima).
