This is the A23 SUT designed for usage with modern cartridge designs. It is NOT the step up transformer for the SPU style carts.
I've used this with my Koetsu Blue Lace, EMT JSD P 6.0 and Miyajima Zero carts. I tries others SUT's, but they all sounded best with the A23.
