Rare and exciting strain gauge cartridge preamplifier. This is early Jeff Rowland stuff - no frills build. It has a modification of two LED's on the front panel and a center-off momentary contact switch on the back that appears to check power supply voltages (based on the wiring). The modification looks to be of good quality - I'm not sure if it was done at the factory or not. This unit also has the quality gold jacks. The one other unit of these I have seen had the cheaper nickel jacks. All lights work. Includes the MPS-1 power supply and a power cable. It has a few minor scratches but wear is low considering the age of the piece.
NOTE: This is for a strain gauge cartridge NOT an MM or MC. It puts a voltage on the cartridge input jacks that powers the cartridge and will cause damage to at least MM cartridges if connected.
