For sale is a very nice Cinemag 3440 AH-based Step Up Transformer from Parks Audio called the Budgie. It has 1:9 and 1:18 gain options and a liftable ground. It's really quite nice and a steal to boot. I've used it for several years without issue.
I can't find any marks or blemishes on it.
It comes with the owner's manual and a shielded RCA cable, also made by Parks. I don't have the original packaging, but I'll pack carefully.
