VTL TP2.5 Series II Phono Preamplifier

This VTL phono preamplifier is in like-new condition.  I am selling it only because I purchased an Audio Research Ref 2 SE phono preamp.  This VTL had all Audio Research Reference components downstream, with Wilson Audio Sophia 2 speakers, and was great sounding.  See the reviews posted on the VTL website.  The $1,000 price includes double box shipping via UPS in the continental US.  It lists for $2,500 and is priced at a substantial discount for a quick sale, so I would not be open to an offer of less than the $1,000.  One disclosure--I lost one of the machine screws when setting up the preamp.  The pan head machine screws on the sides are different from the ones on top (which are flat head).  I borrowed one from an extra set of screws I had which is the same expect a flat head.  This is on the side and near the back of the preamp--it is visible only looking carefully and within a few feet of the preamp--If it it in a rack or shelf it would not be seen.  VTL will sell you a new set of side screws, but for $25 + shipping it is not worth the investment.  I mention this only to make 100% disclosure.  Other than this, it is in excellent condition.
