Pioneer DV-59avi Universal Player

I am selling my old trusty Pioneer DV-59avi, purchased almost five years ago from Magnolia Home theater. It was a display item, so I do not have the box. But I do have the remote and the original cord and a copy of the owner's manual. It shows some wear, it has been in and out of my system the last couple of years as I have worked through universal players (I love experimenting) but I would always fall back on it for CD and DVD Audio usage. It excels in both, very rare to find a DVD player that is so good at two channel redbook CDs. Excellent DVD Audio player and a very good SACD player. Has an ilink output which I used for a couple of years with a Pioneer VSX-74 and I loved the ilink interface. I never used it for DVD viewing, it was an audio player only. I have switched to network streaming with an external DAC and have no need of it. Some light marks on the front, several light scratches on top. I tried to catch them with the photos, but they didn't really show up. The optical output works, but there is something wrong with the catch on it, a fiber optic cable does not snap in, but just sits in the hole. No problems with any of the other connectors. The remote works fine, but the little panel that holds the batteries in fell out ages ago and was lost. I've been using tape to hold the batteries in, and it never much mattered to me because I have a universal remote. I will box it up for shipping, and will ship via Fed Ex. I will also add 3% for using Paypal.
