Pioneer SX-1280 Classic Receiver

Up for sale is my Pioneer SX1280 receiver. This is one of the classic Pioneer receivers from the golden age of the 70s. Condition is very good, but not perfect (there are minor scratches and small dings if you look closely). All controls work properly and all lights illuminate as they should. I had the unit checked by a technician a few years ago to make sure everything was working properly. I think the left channel plays just slightly louder than the right, but both sound clear with no distortion. I have tried to make sure that I put it through it’s paces prior to listing, but as with all older equipment, I recommend it be checked periodically by qualified technicians to ensure the longest operation.

I have priced this unit lower than others offered in this condition, so that a buyer could have this unit tuned up and still spend less that what is typically offered online. This is a wonderful unit that is getting more difficult to find in this condition.

I do not have the original packaging, but will double box to ensure safe delivery.
