Sonically perfect, with some minor cosmetic flaws. Refurbished by eletrostatic solutions. Front grills (which are more open and sound better than stock) sort of smushed in around the two vertical bars. You could probably replace or bend them back if you want. Zero effect on sound, but I mention it. You're welcome to audition in Chicago. Shipping will be very expensive, but willing to drive reasonable distance to meet you too.
