Emerald Physics 4.3 open baffle 3 - way Excellent condition

Have for sale a beautiful satin black pair of Emerald Physics 4.3 open baffle speakers. The build quality of these speakers are phenomenal. They produce an unbelievable image with a wide and deep sound stage to the point of holographic. Certainly the best speakers you will ever buy for 1500.00...

They are a 3 way design and uses a miniature pre-programmed DSP doing the crossover function between the woofer and midrange/tweeter drivers. The DSP connections are all rca for interconnects. They also have a passive crossover that sits on the back speaker base that handles the crossover functions of the tweeter. Straight passive crossovers simply cannot achieve the clarity of sonics over a dsp.

I am the original owner, bought in February of 2016, so 8 to 9 months old. They are in excellent condition. Even upon arrival, I put round felt pads on the underside of the bases to prevent scratching the bottoms. Have all the original boxes, packing (shipped once), and owner’s manual.

I live in an area on the east coast that is a short drive to many states and areas. So I am willing to drive to meet half way to save on the cost and hassle of shipping. I will however ship them if necessary.

My wife and I like to take little day trips, so the following areas would be within an acceptable driving range. Washington DC or Alexandria Virginia area, Baltimore Maryland area and north, Wilmington Delaware area, Southern New Jersey or southern Pennsylvania, Norfolk Virginia, or areas within the scope of these places. Of course, you are also welcome to pick them up if you wish.

I am now selling them for much less than half of what they cost me. The size and weight specified in the shipping is times two. So, two boxes at (42x26x14 and 80lbs each).
