Here is a pair of Magnepan MG 1.5 QR speakers in black. Please see the photos for the excellent cosmetic condition. No rips in the fabric, no dents or scratches in the wood rails. The legs are brand new from Magnepan ( cost $93 including shipping! ). Includes a custom set of hangers to allow them to be "flown" as in hung from the ceiling. They have been tested and properly serviced by an experienced tech. The proper procedure to re-adhere the voice coil wires to the mylar diaphragm has been done. They do not buzz, rattle or have any issues at all. They work and play like new.
These would be super candidates for the Magnestand full on upgrades. He will not even do the mods to the 1.7s so this is as cheap as you will find for a base pair to have the ultimate planar mods done.

These are used speakers and carry NO warranty of any kind. They will not arrive DOA because they work.
Original packing is not included but they can be be over cartoned for
safe shipping. The system weighs 100+ lbs packed. Craters and
Freighters is a great option as well to build crates and ship via
freight.
If you live in the Atlanta area, I will even bring them to you. I
can deliver them in the South East US for a fee plus gas. Let me know
where you are and we can make arrangements to meet.
