Magnepan MG-1.7 Floor standing w/black wood sides [Template]

In excellent condition, a pair of highly acclaimed Magnepan 1.7 planar magnetic speakers.... Almost 6' tall, but only 2" thick and 19" wide.  With black wood side trim (not aluminum). From non-smoking, pet-free home. Grill cloth is free of pulls, etc. Sounds superb as stereo speakers in your 2-channel system, or as front channels in your home theater. Full-range, 3-way quasi-ribbon design is super transparent and natural, see the many online reviews. Frequency response to below 40 Hz makes subwoofers unnecessary (but you could still add them for movie effects). Needs an amp of at least 100 watts per channel, but its 4-ohm impedance gets more power out of most amps. I also supply upgraded jumpers to replace the "U"-shaped metal tweeter jumper. Original owner--I bought them from a dealer about 4 years ago. Selling due to downsizing. Also includes tweeter attenuation resistors, owner's manual, small wrench, fuses, 2 upgraded jumpers and originals.
