Quad Electrostatic 63 (Crosby Mod)

I have owned these speakers for a long time. I purchased them from a reputable New York dealer, used (and still have the original receipt). They are 'Crosby' modified Quads. After much research some time ago, I determined that these were the first stage mods and did not have all of the modifications that Crosby eventually did to the Quad 63. The are, nonetheless, a joy to listen to. The speakers are in very good condition, electrically and cosmetically (there are a few minor dings on the wooden top plates, and the internal dust shields could stand to be tightened but they look and play fine - pics reveal dust covers under very bright light -and have been well cared for during my stewardship of them). They are mounted into Arcici stands for the '63, and I have no packing or literature for them, since none came with my purchase of them. Local pick-up only. Will entertain reasonable offers and obviously, a serious buyer can inspect and have the units demonstrated through advance arrangement with me. I have gotten a number of questions about pricing.
