In very good to excellent condition - they have been very well maintained by an enthusiast, but now we're downsizing and would like to find them a new home. Originally purchased new from a dealer in NYC, backplates were refurbished in 2006 by Dr. West and still in the original crates. They are in sequential order. We are the sole original owners, I have the invoice from the 06 refurbishment if interested. I do not have the crates for the entire speakers.
I will assist interested buyers with local moving/pick up logistics, however buyer pays for shipping if not local pickup. Reasonable offers considered, but will only sell all 4 together. If interested in setting up an appointment to view, please feel free to message me - located in Brooklyn, NY.
Questions for the seller |
---|
Hi not really clear on your offer, is it all four items for 7.5K or each set for 7.5K (15k total) Hello -
Sorry about that, I am asking for $7,500 for the entire set of 4.
Thanks! |
What about the power rating? Hi -
They are full-range, transformer-coupled, electrostatic speakers. Specs below:
Frequency range: 28Hz to beyond 20kHz. Nominal impedance: 8 ohms.
Sensitivity: equivalent to 88dB/1W/1m at 4m. Minimum amplifier power: 100W.
Maximum music power: 450W.
Bias power-supply input: 117/220 VAC, 50/60Hz.
Feel free to let me know if there are any further questions! |
What about the damage in the LAST picture ?? Hello -
The damage is in the lower left corner of one of the sub panel B-1s, predominately to the netting. It doesn't affect the sound quality of the panel nor is it in any way structural. It is actually very difficult to see even in person - but in the interest of full disclosure, I took a close up of it. I believe could be easily fixed - I just haven't looked into it. I am happy to send further photos to any interested parties, feel free to let me know. |
