This was originally designed to be part of a set. The Cinema 11 is an audio only surround pre-amp and the Cinema 11V was supposed to a video processor. The 11V never really came to market. It is fully functional, and works well in a two channel system and while it will decode older digital signals, it will not decode any of the new digital Codecs.
