This is a Lexicon MC-12 pre/pro with v2.00 firmware. It works perfectly and is in very good cosmetic condition with only a few scratches/scuffs on the sides and top. If you don't need HDMI and are looking for a pre/pro with multi-zone capability, this is one of the best sounding pre/pros out there and also one of the best values.
This will ship in its original, double-boxed packaging and also includes the remote, manual, and power cord. FYI, the remote works perfectly, but the rubberized coating on it has become tacky (a design flaw that affects a lot of the Lexicon remotes with the same rubberized coating).
