mara avr8802a Marantz AVR8802a

I bought this unit in July.  Other than checking for damages at shipping it has sat in my office in its box.  I am building a house with a front baffle wall home theater with 4 subs and the 8802a use room correction that sweeps the entire spectrum and I need one that just does the lower end so I don't have to drag the subs out and change controls on the back.  That would make my life miserable so we are selling this for another brand.  I have lowered the price to reflect that I am the second owner however it has not even been unboxed.  I own a veterinary hospital and prefer personal check to my business address but paypal is possible.  Buyer pays shipping, insurance, and 3% paypal.  Price is form.  the transaction must go through audiogon so please don't ask otherwise.  My reviews are 100 percent buy with confidence.

ATMOS Processor for sale. I love the sound of this piece every way but one... I am use to a specific Anthem sound processing mode and I NEED It! It's how I listen to stereo and the Marantz (or any other preamp processor) doesn't have it. I'm outside of my return privileges and my dealer does not carry Anthem so I don't want a store credit. So I am sucking it up and losing $$'s to buy an new Anthem. 

As you might expect, it's positively perfect. I bought it from an authorized dealer and you get the remaining 35 months of warranty.

Low ball offers will be ignored. Yes, you can pick it up in person with CASH (New London, North Carolina). No, I won't send it out of the country.
