Up for your consideration is a 6 month old Mcintosh MX160 AV PROCESSOR. This unit was purchased from an authorized dealer and i am the original owner. It is in excellent condition and comes with everything that is included in the box. Not a single scratch that i can find on this unit. It is perfect.
This unit is a SPECTACULAR SOUNDING SURROUND SOUND PROCESSOR AND 2 CHANNEL PREAMP. I have compared it to many other high end 2 channel preamps such as the Macintosh's own C2500, C52 and Classe Audio CP-800 and and it can certainly hold its own. The sound has a "full body" feeling to it that certainly elevates anything you play through this machine and not to mention the spectacular Room Perfect Room Correction which is simply world class.
Reason for sale? i am downsizing to only a 2 channel set up for the rest of the year. I no longer have the time to watch movies.
