THEY ARE SIMILAR, BUT THERE ARE MANY CIRCUIT IMPROVEMENTS THAT MAKE IT A MORE MODERN AND UP TO DATE PROCESSOR. My price is $500 below book price. Comes with remote and all original factory box and packing.
