Yamaha's RX-V577 pretty much fits the bill for a well rounded home theater or family room surround sound receiver.  It boasts 7.2 audio channels, Dolby Digital and DTS decoding, 80 Watts per channel, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity, and Yamaha's parametric room acoustic optimizer to sound great in any space.
