There are 1 hours on the factory installed bulb. I am the original owner. This unit has been in a smoke free environment.A replacement lamp is about $63. Lamp replacement is indicated between 3750 and 4750 hours. I used it in low output mode because it was in a light controlled area. It still easily filled my 100 inch fixed screen. This unit was never ceiling mounted, but rather was placed on a coffee table .
The original box ,packing materials, remote and manual are included. i also have a dust cover for it. i will double-box.
