This unit is in excellent working condition and has been used in my system for the past three years. The remote and box are included. Rated a very conservative 7/10 due to minor scuff on the faceplate in the lower right-hand corner (visible in photo). If you have power grid issues, this will definitely help and make a noticeable improvement in your system.
