This solid state amplifier was called one of the most authentically natural, musical, and lifelike midranges of any amplifier, with virtues that extend to the top end. Bass is full and natural with enough power (140 Watts/channel) and current to be dynamic and stable for power hungry electrostats or more delicate speakers needing only clean, uncluttered power to deliver the sonic goods.
Used very low hours to evaluate different speaker systems. Why did I use it for speaker evaluation? Because it provides the natural tonality and musicality to easily distinguish one speaker from another.
