I purchased this two years ago, from another fine Audiogon member, and it has served me well. I have the original box, plus protective outer box, manual, and the remote. The preamp has a clean face but does have several dings on top, which is to be expected because it is the bottom piece of a system and every other component is stacked on top of it, so I have rated it a “7”. Nothing unsightly, mind you, but it’s not perfect. Two interesting aspects about the preamp is that you can adjust it to accept either moving magnet or moving coil cartridges for the phono section, and there are tone controls that allow you to gently contour the sound. The unit has absolutely no issues, and the only reason I’m selling is because I am upgrading. If you meet my asking price I will absorb the Paypal fees. Shipping should be approximately $40 if you live closer to the East Coast; less if you live closer to the West Coast.
