Mcintosh MAC-1900 Solid State AM/FM Stereo Receiver

*Original owner. Purchased
in1971 to power JBL L100 Century Monitors. Near excellent condition, except for
a 4” scratch blemish on the upper left corner of the metal border and H. Rouse
embossed in the upper left faceplate. This is a vintage MAC 1900 Receiver (SN#1X606)
in its original oak cabinet.

Mcintosh low distortion and high sensitivity are standard meticulous
engineering and manufacturing superiority. Mcintosh exclusive power monitoring circuit prevents transistor
failures. In the event of excessive heating, the MAC 1900 automatically turns
off. Further protection is achieved via temperature monitoring and extra large
heat sinks.

The Mcintosh MAC-1900 entered the market in
1971, not 1973 as is often erroneously cited. Every component was carefully
selected for sound quality, reliability and durability. The Mac 1900 delivers
deep and wide stereo imaging. It captures every detail . . . round and soft
with no trace of haziness.  

This MAC-1900 is
part of my private collection and has been given the utmost care. All
components are 100% original and functional. If you value vintage high-end stereo, this MAC 1900 is
audiophile history that will provide countless years of immense listening
pleasure.
